News & Updates Victor UPS Store Offers Latest UPS Pick-up in the Area [Victor, NY], [June 13, 2008] – Effective immediately, The Victor UPS Store® located in Cobblestone Court Plaza, across from the Eastview Mall, has coordinated with UPS to have the latest manned UPS pick-up in the Victor area, 7:00 pm Monday through Friday and 4:00 pm on Saturday. Normally UPS is completed doing pick-ups at businesses in the Victor and surrounding area by 6 pm. However, now that The Victor UPS Store has this late pick-up, this will allow both businesses and residents to utilize UPS shipping up until the store closes at 7:00 pm. Area businesses will now have an added opportunity to meet the increasing demands of customers throughout the world
“Having worked in many different capacities throughout my career, I understand the importance of having the latest possible courier pick-up,” said owner, Jeff Gensiejewski. “By having the latest UPS pick-up time in the area, customers will be able to get a package or document to the Victor UPS Store by 7:00 pm and still have the opportunity to get it delivered to its destination as early as 8:00 am the next day, guaranteed!”
The Victor UPS Store is open Monday – Friday 8 am to 7 pm, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, and Sunday 11 am to 3 pm. The pick up times are Monday – Friday 7:00 pm and Saturday 4:00 pm (air only). For more information, call 585-223-7010.

THE VICTOR UPS STORE IS RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR BEST PRACTICES [Victor, NY], (April 20) – Jeff Gensiejewski, who owns The Victor UPS Store® located in Cobblestone Court Plaza, across from the Eastview Mall, was recently awarded two Best Practices Awards by the franchisee’s corporation MBE, a UPS Company.
The award recognizes Gensiejewski for his skills that he applies at his store for customer retention and customer acquisition. The Best Practices Awards was a nation wide search for the best ideas that a UPS Store® incorporates to retain and acquire customers. The best practices award was open to the 4,500 The UPS Stores® nationally. Jeff’s ideas were selected from 262 entries. He was one of only two nation wide store owners that received an award for both customer retention and customer acquisition.
“I am honored to have won these awards,” said Jeff Gensiejewski. “These awards are about my passion for serving the customer. I pride myself and staff on providing EAGER world class customer service. I want to thank my loyal customers and my dedicated employees who have helped make this achievement possible.”
