We are committed to the continued growth of our network. But that doesn't mean that we'll put a franchise location just anywhere. We hand-pick each and every one of our locations to make sure it meets our criteria. We can't know about every existing or future location, so that is where you can help. - Easy access and ample parking (timed parking preferred)
- High traffic count
- High daytime population
- Good mix of residential population and small and medium-sized businesses
- Tenant mix to include national brands and strong grocery/department store anchor

- 800 to 1800 square feet
- Glass frontage 20 to 25 feet
- Rear-door delivery and pickup preferred
Good to know
- Minimum 10-year lease term to match franchise terms
- Standard Vanilla Shell delivery or equivalent in tenant improvement allowance
