We specialize in properly packing fragile and high-value items, including antiques, art, electronics, crystal, china and porcelain. We also provide moving and shipping products and services.

Our Pack & Ship Guarantee

If your item is packed by our associates and shipped via UPS^® is damaged or lost, you’ll be reimbursed for the item’s value (subject to the lesser of actual value, replacement or repair cost), the full retail price of packing materials, services, and shipping charges (excluding declared value charges). Custom Packaging

Large or odd-shaped items, such as golf clubs or surf boards, often require specialized packaging. The UPS Store locations offer custom handling and packing, from blanket wrap to custom cartons, crating, shrink-wrapping and palletizing. Your neighborhood location can advise you on the best packaging method needed for your item(s).

Specialty Packaging

Shipping electronics? The UPS Store has a suite of retention packaging solutions that provide protection for your laptops, cable boxes, tablets, smartphones and other electronics. The specialty packaging provides the following benefits:

Do-It-Yourself Packaging Supplies

We stock a complete range of packaging supplies and materials, including boxes, cushioning, packing peanuts, padded envelopes, tape and many other supplies. Ask our packing experts for advice on what supplies best suit your needs.

Packing Tips:

• DO include a label on the inside of the package with both the destination address and your package return address.
• DO take batteries out of toys, electronics, etc., before shipping.
• DO check with The UPS Store experts before shipping fragile items.
• DO ship wrapped presents ahead to your destination, especially if traveling by air.

• DON'T wrap boxes in brown paper or tie with string.
• DON'T use materials like newspaper or real popcorn to package items.
• DON'T use old boxes or gift boxes for shipping gifts.

• DON'T use duct tape, masking tape, or cellophane tape to seal your boxes for shipping.
