Our locations offer an exclusive shipping service, as well as packaging, and custom crating for oversized packages. UPS My ChoiceSM

Package delivery that fits your schedule. The UPS Store knows your schedule keeps you on the go. That's why we have the solutions you need to help make managing your day easier. In addition to an already long list of convenient, time-saving products and services, we now offer a way for you to choose when and where your packages are delivered. It's called UPS My Choice.  With UPS My Choice you can receive an alert before your packages arrive and if you can't be there to sign for it you can authorize UPS to release your package, have it rerouted to another address or delivered to your nearest The UPS Store location.

Photo ID Required for all UPS® Retail Shipments

Consumers who originate and tender a shipment to any retail shipping location, including The UPS Store®, are required to show a government-issued photo ID as a form of identification. The ID must be current and the photo must match the person tendering the shipment.


Customers who have already prepared a shipping label, for example through their business or personal UPS account, are not currently required to present an ID.
