The UPS Store Corporate Card
This program is specifically for companies with a large number of traveling sales representatives, field technicians and/or home-office workers. With The UPS Store Corporate card, your employees may purchase specific products and services at any of our locations. Whether you prefer a pay-as-you go option or a consolidated, itemized monthly statement for all Corporate card transactions – you can select the most streamlined, effective program, for your organization. The UPS Store Corporate card also offers regular statements containing the transaction records of each card user so that you can track expenses with ease.
Alternate Delivery Location (ADL)
ADL provides your workforce or customers with delivery and pick-up flexibility. A shipment can be directed to The UPS Store to be picked up by the recipient at a time convenient for them. As part of the Corporate Retail Solution your company would have access to the UPS ADL Tracking System to monitor the status of your shipments.
Returns
The Returns program provides an easy and convenient way for employees and customers to return items and merchandise to you. Items are taken to The UPS Store, packaged (if necessary) and shipped to your designated location.
Exchanges
This service is a combination of the Alternate Delivery Location and the Returns solutions: Once a shipment arrives at The UPS Store location, your customer and/or technician picks up the package and brings the item to be returned. The exchange is made at The UPS Store and the returned item is shipped back to you.
Business Services
Customized solutions are developed to provide business services support, including access to copying, faxing, printing, notary services, mailbox services and packaging. We can help bridge the gap between you and your customers in conducting business transactions.
