SAN DIEGO, Nov. 8, 2021 – The volume of packages expected this year, combined with the pandemic’s lingering effect on the supply chain means that customers should shop, pack and ship earlier than ever this holiday season for maximum peace of mind. The UPS Store® locations can help ensure the season runs smoothly with its Pack & Ship Guarantee* and are encouraging items are packed and shipped at one of more than 5,000 The UPS Store retail locations. 

Consumers who visit a participating The UPS Store location and enlist the help of The UPS Store Certified Packing Experts® to carefully pack and ship their items, can be reimbursed should their package(s) be damaged or lost in transit.

In addition to the Pack & Ship Guarantee, below are key shipping dates to remember:

  • Tuesday, December 21: Last day to ship UPS 3 Day Select® packages for delivery on Dec. 24.
  • Wednesday, December 22: Last day to ship UPS 2nd Day Air® packages for delivery on Dec. 24.
  • Thursday, December 23: Last day to ship UPS Next Day Air® packages for delivery on Dec. 24.

When the time comes, The UPS Store network is also ready to help with returns, providing a hassle-free and safe drop-off location. Forgot to print the return label or need a box to put the item in? The UPS Store locations can take care of all steps in the return process.
