Consumers who visit a participating The UPS Store location and enlist the help of The UPS Store Certified Packing Experts® to carefully pack and ship their items, can be reimbursed should their package(s) be damaged or lost in transit.

In addition to the Pack & Ship Guarantee, below are key shipping dates to remember:
- Tuesday, December 21: Last day to ship UPS 3 Day Select® packages for delivery on Dec. 24.
- Wednesday, December 22: Last day to ship UPS 2nd Day Air® packages for delivery on Dec. 24.
- Thursday, December 23: Last day to ship UPS Next Day Air® packages for delivery on Dec. 24.
