The UPS Store, Inc. Earns No. 7 Ranking on Entrepreneur’s Annual Franchise 500® List

SAN DIEGO – JANUARY 13, 2026 – The UPS Store, Inc., the nation’s largest franchisor of retail shipping, postal, print and business service centers, achieved the No. 7 ranking on Entrepreneur Magazine’s annual Franchise 500® list of the leading franchise brands in the U.S. and Canada. As the premier franchisor in its industry, The UPS Store® network brings an exemplary track record: The only non-food brand with an unrivaled 10-year streak in the top 10 and 36 consecutive years as the #1 ranked brand in the Postal & Business Centers category.

Entrepreneur’s annual list examines business and operational criteria that collectively determine the strength of the franchise brand, including size, growth trajectory, brand strength, financial stability, network support and franchise costs and fees.

Building on this robust network, The UPS Store network saw record-breaking interest and growth in multiunit franchise ownership, with about 1 in 3 franchisees currently owning multiple locations.

In support of franchisee success and customer service excellence, The UPS Store, Inc. continued an ongoing rollout of its new store design to help absorb higher volumes of packages, reflecting levels almost five times those in 2019, and remains on track for 50% of all locations to introduce the modern store design in 2026. The company also developed an internal video series to support franchisee growth and education and continued to leverage insights from its customer experience dashboard.
