With the Corporate Card, your employees, customers, guests, clients, members, and/or other end user may purchase specific products and services at any The UPS Store location, and all expenses can be charged directly to you.

How it Works
- With the Corporate Card, your employee, customer, guest, client, member, and/or other end user finds the closest The UPS Store location by calling 1 (800) PICK-UPS or using our online locator
- That individual then purchases any authorized product or service (e.g., copies, faxes, mailbox services, notary services and packing)
- Person either pays for services at the time of each transaction or charges the transaction to the CRS client’s monthly bill
- Depending on the design of the CRS client program, the charges can be sent to the CRS client via a monthly invoice or through an agreed expense account process
